The entire ground floor of Spacebar is for Open Space. The work stations have a direct view of the garden through glass doors that open in summer to work inside with the feeling of being outside.
Each work station has a large desk with its ergonomic chair, filing cabinet and organizer. Get up to stretch and get some air in the garden; Grab a coffee or a snack from the cafeteria and get back to your energy work to give your full potential.

The members of a coworking only show up to work and everything is ready, they do not care about the management of an office such as security, internet, electricity, water, cleaning, etc.
There are several coworking models, at Spacebar we have two; Open Space, that are open format workstations with access to all services and common areas, in the other hand, we have Team Space, which are fully equipped private offices with access to all services and common areas. We also have exchange programs with other coworking spaces to provide access to multiple destinations with your same Spacebar membership.
Our coworking spaces seek to simulate the comfort of working at home with the benefits of an office environment and infrastructure. To achieve this home environment we have gardens, terraces, rooms with comfortable sofas, and a cafeteria. And we complement with standing desks, meeting rooms, privacy booths, lockers, transportation and concierge services to achieve the best of both worlds.
Spacebar is a coworking in Tijuana. Strategically located in Zona Rio on Prolongación Paseo de los Heroes 5A. Very close to the Lázaro Cardenas Federal High School. It is easy to identify the Spacebar building because there is a huge astronaut painted on the wall with the legend "FIND YOUR SPACE!".
Members have 24 hour access every day of the year. The general services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7:00pm. The transportation service operates at the same time or at extraordinary schedules with prior request.

Yes, the only thing you need when you arrive is your computer. All workstations have large desks, ergonomic chairs, cabinets, sockets and organizers. Private offices are also ready to go, but if you want to bring your favorite chair, go ahead.
Yes, we have on-site parking available. It costs $50 USD per month per membership. Private Team Space offices include 3 free parking spaces. Parking is always free for visitors.
None. All services, meeting rooms, internet, coffee, water and other amenities are always available to all members. Rather, we are governed by a fair use policy, that is, we promote the conscious use of the amenities for the benefit of the rest of the Spacebar community.
When a room is not in use, any member can use it. To ensure availability, spaces or meeting rooms can be reserved with the Administration. Whoever has a reservation will always have priority over the space at the established time and a reasonable tolerance time in case the meeting is extended.
We have a redundant fiber optic service to ensure the best possible connection at all times. WiFi antennas act as one throughout the building. Private offices have a fiber connection in case they choose to contract their own telephone or Internet service.
Spacebar Membership is non-transferable and is intended for the exclusive use of the person to whom it is assigned. Members may have guests under the fair use scheme, fair use being considered one guest at a time on no more than one occasion per week, except when scheduled a conference room, where the number of invitees is limited to the number of people authorized in the reserved conference room.
