Señales de advertencia que necesita para cambiar sus habitos de trabajo desde casa

Working from home can be a great experience for many people. You get to avoid the dreaded morning commute, you can wear whatever you want, and you have the flexibility of working whenever best suits your schedule. But there are also some pitfalls that come with working from home that you need to be aware of. Without any external structure or oversight, it’s easy to develop bad habits like procrastination and lack of focus that will hold back your productivity. Here are some warning signs that it might be time to change your working-from-home habits.

You Struggle With Motivation

If you find yourself having difficulty getting motivated while working from home, this could be a sign that your current routine isn’t helping you stay on track. If this is the case, try setting up a designated workspace in your home where you can work without distraction and set up some boundaries between work life and personal life. It may also help to set realistic goals for yourself each day so you have something tangible to strive for.

You're Always Distracted

It's easy to become distracted when working from home, especially if there's no one around holding you accountable for how productive (or unproductive) you're being throughout the day. To combat this issue, try using apps or plugins like Forest or StayFocusd that block certain websites during certain hours and give yourself rewards for staying focused throughout the day. Additionally, make sure that your workspace is free from distractions like clutter or noise—you don't want anything taking away from your concentration!

You Feel Isolated or Unmotivated

Working from home can be lonely at times, so it’s important to find ways to stay connected with others who understand what it’s like to work remotely. This could include joining an online community where freelancers and remote workers share tips and tricks about how they stay productive while working alone at home. Additionally, taking regular breaks throughout the day will help keep your motivation levels high so you don't feel overwhelmed by all of the tasks on your plate!

Working from home has its benefits but it also comes with some pitfalls if not managed correctly. If you’re feeling isolated or unmotivated due to distractions or lack of motivation then it might be time to take a look at how you’re managing your time while working at home and making changes accordingly. By establishing boundaries between work life and personal life, setting realistic goals each day, using apps/plugins/rewards systems for focus/motivation/accountability as well as connecting with other remote workers; these steps should help create better habits when working at home leading to more productivity and better results overall!

Working from home definitely has its perks. But if you're finding that your productivity is slipping or your focus is waning, it may be time to make a change. Consider joining a coworking space near you! A coworking space can provide structure and support when working remotely, plus access to other professionals who could help in growing both your professional network and knowledge base. Plus, it's a great way to network and collaborate with like-minded people who could help propel your career forward. So if you're looking for an extra boost of productivity, try joining a coworking space today!  It just might be the change you need to get back on track. Good luck!
